Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received a damaged product
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product has a manufacturing defect
Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags and accessories must be included
- Return request must include order number and product pictures
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Clearance/Sale items
- Personal care items (if opened)
Shopify allows stores to define return windows and final sale items in their policies.
